Chris AlliottsChristopher Alliotts is a native of New Jersey.  He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Boston University in 1986.  During his studies, he spent a semester as a Legislative Intern for the Hon. William H. Gray, III, U.S. Representative, on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.  He spent another semester in Madrid, Spain studying Spanish language and literature while living with a Spanish family, and he is fully Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

After graduation, Mr. Alliotts spent one year working with the American Stock Exchange in New York City before attending New York Law School, where he earned his J.D. in 1990.  During law school, Mr. Alliotts participated in the school’s federal litigation clinic.  He also spent his summers in law school as a Judicial Extern for the U.S. Court of Appeals in San Francisco, where he worked on many projects relating to federal law, including Immigration law.

Following law school, Mr. Alliotts served a two-year Law Clerkship with a federal judge in San Jose, California.  He also passed the bar examination in New York and California.  He has practiced federal bankruptcy and Immigration law for the last 20 years.  In fact, his first Immigration matter was obtaining a Green Card for his wife!  Buoyed by that success. Mr. Alliotts knows first-hand the anxiety and elation associated with the Immigration process.


MarieMarie Magdaleno is the paralegal in charge of Immigration matters for the Firm.  Mrs. Magdaleno worked for the Honorable Sam Farr, U.S. Representative for the Salinas and greater Monterey area, for five years.  During her service to Mr. Farr, Mrs. Magdaleno was in charge of handling Immigration matters on behalf of the Congressman’s constituents and interceding on behalf of potential Immigrants .  She is also fully Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

 

 

 


 

Wachiraporn Somlouchachai is the Firm’s office manager and assists in Immigration matters.  She is a native of Thailand and is fully Bi-lingual in English and Thai.  She earned her degree in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok and a B.S. in International Business from the University of Southern Mississippi.
